I entered Photolucida’s Critical Mass (yearly portfolio review) and didn't make the cut this year. I felt good about my work, but with 606 entries and only 180 finalists, I can see why there would be a few disappointed people. My friend Liz Kuball (also not selected this time around) put together a quick, 36-hour long, call for entry for those who didn't make it in. You can see some of the rejecterinos by going here: UnCritical Mass. Hey, there's always next year!

Even if you won Critical Mass, what do you get: a book published by Blurb? Do it yourself!!!

I know a lot of the people who run that boondoggle and I can assure you they are idiots.
